Gin Lab Experience

The Gin Lab is a unique hands-on experience where guests become distillers. Guided by our expert team, you’ll discover the art and science behind gin making before creating a bespoke gin of your own.

Explore a carefully selected collection of botanicals, learn how different ingredients influence flavour and aroma, and develop a recipe tailored to your personal taste. Using your own miniature copper still, you’ll distil, blend, and refine your gin under the guidance of our distillers.

Once complete, you’ll bottle and label your creation to take home—a truly personal gin crafted entirely by you. Whether you’re a seasoned gin enthusiast or simply curious about the distilling process, The Gin Lab offers a memorable experience and a fascinating insight into the craftsmanship behind every bottle of Square Mile Gin.
